Petal Layered Teal Velvet Deewan

Built from two overlapping curved panels layered like petals, the backrest stands tall at the right and then releasing into a long low wave-shaped side rail that dips and flows toward the open left end. Below it the seat is kidney-shaped with a rounded front edge, echoing the curves above. The deep teal peacock velvet reads almost jewel-like in changing light. It is left cushionless on purpose, since the layered form is the whole statement. Slim gold tapered legs finish it. A solid wood frame carries a 2.5-year warranty and the high-density foam a 5-year warranty, made to order at our Lahore workshop.

Perfect For

Design-led drawing rooms and feature corners where the deewan is meant to be the sculptural centrepiece. The asymmetric layered back suits a piece viewed in the round.
